The B.F. Hiestand House provides a non-smoking environment for the comfort of our guests. Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms, however you may smoke outside. Smoking in the rooms will result in a $75.00 cleaning charge plus an additional night's charge to air out the rooms.

Check in 4pm-8pm unless other arrangements are made.

Check out at 11 AM

Prices are based on double occupancy.

If traveling with children and/or pets, please inquire about availability. There will be an additional $25 fee for pets.

A deposit of one night is required to hold your room.

CANCELLATIONS
When a guest makes a reservation for a stay at the B. F. Hiestand House we agree to turn away all other requests for the room you select and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it. A deposit of one night's stay will be charged to the credit card provided. Because of our size and location, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, you will be charged for the entire reservation. Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded your deposit less a $35 processing fee. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked for your intended stay. We can not be responsible for unused rooms due to late or cancelled airline flights, family emergencies, threat of bad weather and other travel-related mishaps or for changes in plans which shorten your stay. Vacation Insurance is available from several providers online to inexpensively protect you against covered unexpected events.
