Bube’s Brewery: A 19th Century Experience

Hosted in the Alois Restaurant, the Murder Mystery Dinners at Bube’s Brewery take you back to the opening night of the Central Hotel (the original name of the tavern) in 1879. A night of intrigue and surprise is in store for you as the dinner progresses. Episodes of the themed dinner party occur between courses. Tickets cost $50 per person. At the Biergarten, dine outside in the shade of the trees in a Bavarian drinking garden; this is great for lunches. For dinner, head to the Catacombs, a subterranean vault that serves dinner seven nights a week. Enjoy a complete cocktail and wine list as you dine on gourmet dishes 43-feet beneath the surface. The Bottling Works is another restaurant at Bube’s Brewery houses in the original bottling plant. Industrial décor and casual vibe make this a great option for some burgers and fries!
